Responsibilities
The Data Office defines and drives Société Générale Luxembourg’s strategic data roadmap. Aligned with the Group’s Data Framework, it leads key initiatives to ensure data quality, Data protection and record management, and accelerate artificial intelligence adoption across our organization.
Within the Data Office, the VIE will assist analysts with data governance and data protection tasks:

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

Studies & experience:
This VIE in Luxembroug is to begin as soon as possible, but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information (including your financial indemnities), please see Mon VIE-VIA Business France.

- Data Protection: Contribute to updating the processing activities register
- Data Protection: Drive the roadmap for ensuring tools comply with GDPR principles
- Data Protection: Contribute to updating our data retention framework
- Data Quality: Support the implementation of monitoring for the most critical data
- Data Quality: Help animate and engage the data community
- Data Quality: Analyze, monitor, and oversee remediation plans
- IA : Contribute to the IA governance in Sg Luxembourg (committee, IA use Case follow-up, communication to employees)

- Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in engineering or business
- Fluent in English and French
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good coordination skills
- Proficient/Good command of MS Office
