We are looking for a Product Developer based in the LIST (Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology) in Sanem, Luxembourg. As a Product Developer in our Product Development Team, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end product development process.

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Development of new product concepts and optimization of existing formulas.
• Testing and assessment of samples (raw materials, prototypes, products) from suppliers and manufacturers.
• Monitoring and digital management of laboratory stock (raw materials, incoming goods, and work materials).
• General laboratory tasks and maintenance of the laboratory.
• Preparation of laboratory trials, prototypes, and sample series.
• Routine examinations of chemical-physical parameters e.g., pH determinations, bulk density, particle sizes etc.
• Recording, analyzing and interpreting Product Development data.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:

• A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food science, Food Technology, Nutritional Science, Food Chemistry, or related disciplines.
• 0–2 years of experience in product development, formulation, or food applications – ideally with experience in a food & beverage application laboratory.
• Knowledge of food supplement ingredients, functional foods, or nutraceuticals is a plus.
• Self-motivated team player with a hands-on-mentality.
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, detail-oriented work style.
• Effective communication skills in English are required. Additional languages will be considered advantageous.
