Expertise: Lean Six Sigma(Certified) Value stream mapping (Process Mapping)

Seniority: 15 Years.

• Minimum 5 years in conducting value stream mapping for oil and gas upstream operations with expertise in
• Production
• Realtime operations
• Maintenance processes

• Ability to map “AS IS” and “TO BE” process, identify gaps , opportunities supported by quantitative business case, justification, and cost savings
