We are seeking a CTO who can become a partner and equity owner.
Role Overview
The CTO will define and lead C-MORE’s technical vision across Engineering, AI, Data, Infrastructure, and Security. This leader must be deeply technical, client-facing, and uncompromising in execution, delivery, and excellence.
This role requires exceptional accountability, rigorous time management, and a proven ability to meet deadlines without fail.

Role Overview
The CTO will define and lead C-MORE’s technical vision across Engineering, AI, Data, Infrastructure, and Security. This leader must be deeply technical, client-facing, and uncompromising in execution, delivery, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the full technical architecture and long-term technology strategy.
- Lead the transformation from SaaS to AI-native platform.
- Ensure delivery excellence with strict adherence to timelines.
- Oversee engineering, AI, data engineering, DevOps, and security.
- Meet clients, communicate complex technical ideas clearly.
- Build, scale, and mentor high-performance teams.
- Work closely with CEO & leadership, but also Head of Engineering and Head of AI
- 7+ years in engineering/AI/data; 3+ years in leadership.
- Strong experience in cloud-native architecture.
- Expertise in LLMs, RAG, ML systems, Python.
- Understanding data flow from getting data from client, storing it into database, to being used by AI.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines with precision.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
