SAP-Oriented Project Lead

Requirements

• Strong Project Management experience in Infra managed services domain
• Understanding of technical system parameters such as IP ranges, network configuration, and domain server names
• Experience with managing (not necessarily executing) system migrations
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Ultra strong communication skills—professionalism, clarity, smart, precise, and concise in both verbal and written form
• Ability to work in a virtual team setup with multiple stakeholders
• Client-facing experience
  
  

Responsibilities

• Client & Project: Join the Program, Project & Service Management team to collaborate on projects for a client specializing in enterprise software that manages business operations and customer relations.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet objectives.
• Analyze project data to identify trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation to support transparency and accountability.
• Lead project meetings to discuss updates, challenges, and strategies for success.
• Responsible for developing and executing end-to-end project management activities for an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model.
  
  

Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team, drive team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.

Advanced proficiency in Program/Project Management is required.

Advanced proficiency in Delivery Operations Control is recommended.

Advanced proficiency in Issue Management and Risk Management is suggested.
