Human Resources Specialist

This is an in-person position based in León, within a tech company of around 200 employees. You will be part of a 4-person HR team working closely together to support the organization.

We are looking for a passionate HR professional to join our team as HR Specialist – Labor Relations, Talent & Culture. This role will play a key part in strengthening our people strategy, supporting a positive employee experience, and promoting an inclusive and purpose-driven culture.

✨ What You’ll Do

Labor Relations

• Build and strengthen relationships with employees and union representatives, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.

Talent & Development

• Support talent strategy execution: selection, development programs, performance management and succession planning.
• Help design and deliver training initiatives aligned with business needs.
• Partner with managers to identify potential and promote growth, and support internal mobility processes.

Culture & Employee Experience

• Foster cultural initiatives that enhance engagement, belonging and wellbeing.
• Be an active promoter of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.

💡 Who You Are

• University degree in Law or Labor Relations, or proven professional experience in labor relations that qualifies you for the role.
• You have 5+ years of experience in labor relations and culture.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, both oral and written.
• Passionate about people, culture, and creating meaningful employee experiences.
• Strategic thinker with a strong results-oriented mindset.
• Innovative and curious, always seeking new ways to enhance HR practices.
• Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in dynamic, evolving environments.
