Areas Of Responsibilities
- Data entry and record-keeping: Accurately record all financial transactions, maintain ledgers, and update financial databases. Responsible for the accuracy of performing the expense reports ;
- Accounts payable and receivable: Process invoices, prepare payments, send invoices to clients, and follow up on outstanding payments ;
- Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and other accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies ;
- Month-end and year-end close: Ensure support to colleagues during with month-end and year-end closing ;
- Verifying the accuracy of accounting entries, their allocation (accounts and cost centers) and correcting if necessary ;
- Maintaining collaboration with the finance team and department managers ; Preparing ad-hoc reports for the accounting team and stakeholders ;
- Sorting and archiving documents ;
- Providing support in the event of internal and external audits ;
- Creating robust documentation, continuously updating it, storing and sharing it with the team and direct manager ;
- Education / knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics ; Pro-active, self-driven, open-minded ;
- Continuous improvement mindset ;
- Strong organizational skills ;
- Ability to learn quickly ;
- Attention to details ;
- Ability to meet deadlines ;
- Very good communication skills ;
- Positive attitude ;
- Attitude of collaboration at team level regardless of the work point (work from home) ;
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on financial matters ; Professional certification (CECCAR, ACCA) is nice to have ;
- 1-2 years’ experience in Finance or Accounting ;
