Your role
As a Data Analyst in the Presales team you’ll help us bring our firmographic data to life in client-facing prototypes. In this role, you’ll dig into data quality, shape datasets to fit real business needs, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver high-impact POCs. It’s a hands-on, problem-solving role that blends technical skills with a strong understanding of context and use cases.
What you'll do
- Analyze data quality using tools like Excel, SQL, and Spark to identify outliers and define KPIs
- Work with the wider data team to investigate issues and drive improvements
- Customize, shape and fine tune data assets to match unique client needs during the POC phase
- Understand the business context behind each use case and adjust data accordingly
- Research and validate data from web sources to enrich our datasets
- Prepare and review data samples to be shared with clients, working closely with Sales
- Support the AI and Data Science teams by curating and testing training datasets
- Quickly prototype solutions to tricky or unique specific business-related use cases
- Spot areas where we can do things better and suggest improvements
Your qualifications
- Previous experience in a Data Analyst role
- Strong Excel skills and good SQL knowledge are a must
- Experience with Apache Spark is nice to have; Scala or Python is a bonus
- A curious mindset is a must - you enjoy asking questions and exploring the “why” behind the data
- Proneness for the technical side of things and interest in how data pipelines work
- Comfortable working with large datasets and fine details
- Ability to connect data to real business needs and think critically about how it’s used
- Good communication skills, ready to coordinate internally and engage with clients when needed
- Familiarity with firmographic or B2B data is helpful, but not mandatory
