Key responsibilities
- Drive effective implementation of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends.
- Analyze, monitor, and report on salary and benefits data, contributing to market surveys and maintaining up-to-date salary grids.
- Advise recruitment teams and HR Business Partners on compensation and benefits to support competitive offers for both internal and external candidates.
- Develop and present tailored compensation offers and retention packages.
- Manage relationships with benefits suppliers, including contract negotiation and quality assurance of services and products.
- Provide expert guidance and support for the Annual Remuneration Process (salary increases, bonuses, shares), including budgeting, communication, and implementation for assigned departments.
- Oversee International Mobility processes, maintaining strong connections with local and group suppliers as well as beneficiaries.
- Champion pay transparency by ensuring salary ranges and pay criteria are clearly communicated in job postings and to candidates, in line with EU Pay Transparency Directive and Vodafone’s Fair Pay principles.
Education: A bachelor's degree (it is a must) in a related field like Human Resources, Business, or Finance (often required).
Experience: min 3 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in compensation and benefits, is typically necessary.
- Advanced analytical skills: Ability to interpret salary data, market surveys, and compensation benchmarks.
- Strong understanding of compensation frameworks, benefits design, and reward strategy.
- Knowledge of EU Pay Transparency Directive and best practices in pay equity and fair pay.
- Proven ability to advise and influence HR Business Partners, recruitment teams, and senior leaders.
- Experience leading or supporting annual remuneration cycles, budgeting, and process improvement.
- Negotiation and quality assurance with benefits providers.
- Ability to clearly articulate pay structures, criteria, and policies to both internal and external audiences.
- Familiarity with HRIS, data analytics tools, and digital platforms for reward management.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with international mobility programs and cross-border reward practices, minimum level.
- Certification in compensation, benefits, or HR (e.g., GRP, CIPD) is a plus.
