As a Data Engineer, you will join Inspari, a leading data consultancy company in Denmark that transforms the business data from static knowledge to real action.
The project portfolio spans a wide range of industries and varied project types. What unites these projects is the clients' common goal of achieving a deeper understanding of data usage.
As an experienced Data Engineer at Inspari, your role includes:
- Taking responsibility through all phases of the project, from the initial analysis and design to the final implementation and subsequent follow-up
- Handling tasks within Data Engineering, including ETL/ELT processes, SQL & Python programming, and data modelling
- Working with multiple clients and acting as a valuable sparring partner, guiding and advising them
- Leading or participating in workshops, which gives you a full understanding of the customers' business and processes
We expect that you have:
- In-depth knowledge of data warehouse solutions and experience with ETL processes
- Strong skills in SQL and other programming languages, such as Python or similar
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services, with a particular focus on data platform components such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Databricks
- Familiarity with other modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar technologies is a plus.
- The ability to develop maintainable and efficient code
- Experience in developing and optimising large and complex data pipelines
- Strong skills in data modelling and back-end development
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools, which is crucial in an ever-evolving industry
- Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate and understand complex data flows, structures, and data models, which is at the core of effective data management
- Excellent communication skills that make you a reliable advisor and partner for our clients and colleagues
