PRIMA are representing a Global customer, who are rolling out Veeva/ IQVIA.

We are looking for contractor/ freelance Consultants who have commercial Veeva/ IQVIA experience.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Rollout Lead Consultants to drive the end-to-end deployment of integrated Veeva and IQVIA platforms across all regions and markets. This role is responsible for orchestrating a cohesive global implementation strategy that ensures seamless interoperability between Veeva applications (CRM, Vault, Network, EDC, and/or Nitro) and IQVIA data, technology, and analytics solutions.

The ideal candidates combines deep system expertise with strong program leadership, global change-management skills, and a solid understanding of Life Sciences commercial or clinical operations.

Required

• 4+ years of experience in Life Sciences (pharma, biotech, medical devices) with a strong background in digital platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva (CRM, Vault, Network, EDC, Nitro) and/or IQVIA datasets, MDM systems, or analytics platforms.
• Proven track record leading global system rollouts, preferably multi-region digital transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of commercial operations, clinical operations, MDM, data governance, or related processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, program management, and vendor-management skills.

Preferred

• Experience with Veeva–IQVIA integration, Third-Party Access (TPA) processes, or master-data harmonization.
• Prior experience leading large SaaS implementations in regulated environments.
• PMP, Prosci, Veeva certifications, or similar credentials.
• Knowledge of global data-privacy regulations.
