Key Responsibilities
- Supports Product Management and Marketing team with market data research, collecting, analyzing and interpreting data about your target market, competitors and industry.
- Supports marketing effectiveness and strategic decision-making through deep customer, market and performance intelligence.
- Defines key performance indicators, building measurement frameworks and developing interactive dashboards to track and communicate marketing impact
- Supports Marketing needs in conjunction with the Marcom Lead and the Marketing and Marcom manager (PR and media comms).
- Develops and executes forward-thinking creative marketing strategies, to strengthen the brand's presence across global markets.
- Establishes strong relationships with Sales Teams and Channel Representatives to validate the data research and marketing communication, aligned with the product direction.
- Present to the teams with monthly contact with the different regional teams to support them to #1 as a TEAM.
- Organize, implement and maintain the tactical day-to-day activities needed.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (within IT / Statistics / Economics / Finance / Communications/Marketing/Business).
- Min. 1 year of experience in market/data research and analysis, creating master data.
- Good knowledge of the market/data analysis and presentation tools (Power BI, SQL, Python, Tableau, Business Objects).
- Advanced computer literacy skills and a facility with search engines and web analytics; AI-familiar.
- Fluent/very good English; Spanish language is not a hard requirement, although will be seen as an advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written communication and the tenacity to hold an argument.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively influence and communicate across different functional teams and global internal partners in a matrix environment.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- A natural curiosity and a "big picture" mentality, motivated, proactive and self-driven.
