Do you have a passion for driving product growth and shaping solutions for the maritime industry? We are looking for a proactive and strategic Product Manager to join Everllence at PrimeServ Omnicare headquarters, where the entire third-party business is managed and coordinated. In this role, you’ll take ownership of a dedicated product portfolio, ensuring its success in the global market and supporting our sales teams in delivering value to key maritime customers.
Your role:
- Take full responsibility for assigned products (auxiliary equipment in the engine room), including service, spare parts, and retrofit solutions.
- Drive global growth of owned product portfolio and ensure that targets are consistently met.
- Develop, implement, and monitor product go-to-market strategies.
- Initiate the creation and maintenance of all necessary commercial and technical product documentation.
- Facilitate internal training sessions, as well as external webinars.
- Become the product expert and primary point of contact for all questions related to the assigned products.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned suppliers, conducting regular product status and target follow-up meetings.
- Continuously track and assess product implementation, adjusting go-to-market plans as needed.
Who you are:
- You bring a solid mid-level background (around 3–5 years’ experience) in product management and are ready to further grow your expertise in an international environment.
- Experience on the maritime sector.
- A university degree in engineering or business.
- Proven experience of business growth via commercial or marketing activities.
- Experience in crating engaging materials such as presentations, briefs, training sessions.
- Strong analyitcal skills with the ability to make data-drive decisions.
- Experience identifying key stakeholders, understanding their needs, and tailoring engagement strategies accordingly.
- General Knoweldge of high-speed propulsion systems, auxiliary engines and power generation.
