The Role

As a UX / Product Designer, you’ll be part of the innovation team responsible for designing intuitive, impactful digital products and services used by business leaders worldwide. You’ll work closely with researchers, consultants, engineers, and product managers to transform leadership insights into meaningful experiences that engage and inspire.

What You’ll Do

• Apply design thinking and human-centered design to solve leadership and talent challenges.
• Define user journeys and create intuitive, accessible interfaces for new digital products.
• Translate insights into storyboards, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Test and refine usability to ensure seamless, inspiring experiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal consultants, engineers, and analytics teams.
• Contribute to a culture of experimentation, creativity, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years’ experience in UX, Product, or Interaction Design.
• Strong experience in journey mapping, rapid prototyping, and co-creation workshops.
• A portfolio demonstrating your ability to craft elegant, usable interfaces.
• Background in Design, HCI, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience with modern design tools and familiarity with web or mobile technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
