We are looking for a pragmatic and self-driven (senior) Project Leader to join our team in delivering- and supporting our digital solutions for the savings and investment area. This is a full-time permanent position and the role is located in Stockholm.
About Our Team
Meet the Digital Wealth Delivery Analysis and Execution team. Our role is to facilitate a great customer experience – by ensuring that our digital savings and investment solutions run smoothly. We are part of the Digital Wealth Delivery unit, which supports the Digital Wealth hub with engineering capabilities.
Our team consists of great colleagues with a variety of skills, and we cover tasks related to project execution, application maintenance, incident- and problem management – to name a few.
Main responsibilities in this role:
- Serve as Scrum Master for the IT development team in Digital Wealth.
- Lead projects within Digital Wealth Delivery.
- Manage ad-hoc tasks to improve our application landscape.
- Liaise between business and IT, collaborating with stakeholders.

Your background and skills include:
- Strong stakeholder management skills, demonstrated by building and maintaining effective relationships across business and IT.
- Cross-functional collaboration, including facilitating regular meetings to align objectives and ensure smooth delivery.
- Experience with PI Planning and Agile practices, ensuring structured planning and prioritization for successful execution.
- Ability to structure, plan, and prepare tasks and projects effectively, coordinating multi-phase IT initiatives to completion.
- Proven capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, such as overseeing application maintenance and incident resolution.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail, consistently meeting complex project deadlines without errors.
- Adaptability and eagerness to embrace a steep learning curve, quickly acquiring new technologies and methodologies in dynamic environments.
- Have experience within the savings and investment area, trading, or other related financial services experience
