Role Overview
You are a creative with strong technology native fluency. In other words, you are hybrid creative who can craft high quality marketing assets and leverage technology tools to accelerate output, elevate quality, and contribute to our broader technology enabled growth strategy.
You’ll own the end to end design needs of the marketing team (presentations, social assets, case studies, landing pages, event visuals, campaign creatives, etc.) while ensuring our workflows, tools, and creative experimentation keep up with the speed of modern marketing.
This role is perfect for someone who can think like a designer, work like a creator, and move like a generative tools power user.
Key Responsibilities
Day to Day Creative Production
- Create high quality, brand aligned visuals balancing speed and quality through technology:
- Social media posts & campaigns
- Sales & marketing presentations
- Case studies, one pagers, ebooks
- Website visuals & product landing pages
- Event branding, booth visuals, stage screens
- Video assets (basic editing, motion graphics a plus)
- Collaborate with Product Design and other teams to understand the real value proposition of Storyly
- Maintain and evolve our visual identity, make sure your generative design workflow is consistent with the existing design language, tone and brand guidelines. Ensure the consistent brand visual ID is maintained across the company
Use AI design tools or agents (Midjourney, Runway, Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, Gamma, Tome, Canva AI, etc.) to:
- Speed up asset creation
- Improve visual iteration & quality
- Produce variations, explorations, and new creative concepts
- Generate layout suggestions, templates, and brand expansions
Research new tools, workflows, and platforms Lead micro trainings for Growth/Content teams Develop technology supported creative playbooks.
Cross Team Collaboration
Work closely with the Content Team to visually bring narratives, product stories, and social ideas to life, Growth Team to produce fast cycle campaign creatives and test variations, Product Design Team to ensure visual consistency across marketing & product touch points and, manage design requests with clarity, prioritization, and structured delivery.
Creative Strategy & Execution
Actively participate in brainstorming, campaign planning, and concept development. Transform abstract ideas into clear, visually compelling outputs. Contribute to shaping Storyly’s refreshed visual language as the brand evolves with technology.
Who You Are
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing, brand, or product design (SaaS experience is a plus)
- Strong command of Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva, and presentation tools
- Demonstrated experience using technology native design platforms (Figma AI, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, etc.)
- Ability to handle fast paced requests and multiple priorities with calm, clarity, and speed
- Strong sense of brand consistency, visual hierarchy, and storytelling
- A self starter who needs minimal supervision, proactively identifies design needs, and keeps the team moving
- Motion design or basic video editing skills
- Ability to design for both web and mobile formats with responsiveness in mind
- Interest in experimentation driven marketing (A/B design tests, creative analytics). Understanding of UX/UI fundamentals
- Experience with tools and models such as stable diffusion, NanoBanana, Veo,Typeface.ai, Canva AI, HeyGen, Synthesia, RunwayML, Frontify, Bynder
- Automation platforms such as Zapier, n8n or similar
- You are a designer who considers technology and generative AI as an enabler and enhancer
- You are curious, experimental, and highly collaborative
- Comfortable iterating, exploring, and proposing new ways of doing things
- Someone who brings energy, positive vibes, and craft to Storyly’s growth engine
- A believer that design has the power to shape how people feel, understand, and use technology
