Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a project manager with experience in projects involving products already in “production” where changes need to be implemented.

Hybrid work model: regular visits to the office, twice a week - Wrocław

REQUIREMENTS

• Expert knowledge of project management principles, methods, techniques, tools and emerging trends
• Experience in leading project management and delivery
• Experience in management of customer expectations, senior stakeholders and developing strong relationships across the business
• Focus on business value centred discussions and decision making
• Strong leadership skills, motivating and inspiring confidence in others
• Ability to work effectively within complex, multi-location, multi-vendor environments with demanding stakeholders
• Strong communication skills to effectively support the discussion of complex topics to different stakeholders
• Be hands-on, from owning documentation and deliverables, to assuring quality
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies
• Confident using project planning tools and software to manage project artefacts, deliverables, timelines, risks, results, etc.
• Fluent English
• Desirable industry experience, or if not, a passionate desire to work in Bio-medical will suffice
• Experience in maintenance projects is highly regarded

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage projects through all phases of their life cycle, including project initiation and requirements gathering, architecture design, development and integration, testing, post implementation activities (documentation) and project closure
• End-to-end responsibility for project delivery as well as governing the delivery across stakeholders, ensuring the overall solution addressed the needs
• Define project scope, budget and timeline, create and maintain financial metrics and project plan
• Manage projects according to company standard operating procedures for Life Science or Molecular Diagnostic products
• Taking on a proactive approach in suggesting tools, processes, solution, initiatives
• Maintaining stakeholders relationships and communication
• Managing people for successful project delivery
• Creating project status reports
• Sharing knowledge and experience with other people within the organization
• Drive for continuous improvement within projects
