General Qualifications and Competencies:

• Graduated from Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar departments,
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT project management,
• Having project management certifications such as PMP, Agile (Scrum Master, etc.) is a plus,
• Experienced in software development processes, system integration, data analytics, or infrastructure projects,
• Proficient in methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban,
• Able to effectively use project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, Confluence,
• Strong communication skills, teamwork-oriented, with advanced analytical thinking abilities,
• Successful in time management and prioritization,
• Good command of English (reading, writing, speaking),
• Experience in IT roles within the healthcare sector is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Planning, executing, and completing software and hardware projects from start to finish,
• Managing project scope, timeline, cost, and resources,
• Analyzing business requirements and coordinating with relevant teams,
• Identifying project risks and issues, taking necessary actions,
• Communicating regularly with customers and stakeholders, preparing project status reports,
• Managing sprint planning, daily meetings, demos, and retrospective processes for teams,
• Ensuring the execution of quality assurance and testing processes,
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, aligned with company goals,
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud),
• Having a software development background or technical knowledge,
• Strong knowledge of database management and API integrations,
  

Technical Skills:

• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript,
• Knowledge of React.js or similar frontend frameworks,
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js or similar,
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.),
• Knowledge of Git and GitHub,
• Experience in API development and integration,
• Teamwork-oriented, strong problem-solving skills.
