- At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance roles with hands-on software testing expertise
- Solid experience in manual API testing and mobile testing
- Good grasp of REST architecture, Microservices, and testing principles
- Familiar with Postman or similar tools (Swagger, etc.)
- Comfortable working in AGILE methodology with business analysts
- Experienced with test management tools
- Bonus points for knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and X-Ray test management tool
- Well-organised and adaptable
- Curious, eager to learn, and always asking “why?”
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in both Polish and English
- Design, creation, and execution of test cases
- Creation and sharing of clear and concise defect reports
- Analysis of test results and provision of test strategy improvements
- Close cooperation with developers and business stakeholders in product design
- Active engagement in the growth of QA best practices and tools
- Driving a Quality-first mindset within the team and contributing to a quality culture within the organisation
