We are seeking a highly motivated Junior/Mid IT PMO to join our Technology team within the banking and financial services sector. This role plays a vital part in ensuring strong oversight and control of recruitment, workforce, vendor, and operational activities while supporting the department’s strategic goals.

As an IT PMO, you will work closely with senior stakeholders and global teams, providing data-driven insights, accurate reporting, and operational support to drive efficiency, compliance, and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Workforce & Resource Management: Develop and execute workforce plans, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies. Support workforce transformation initiatives including role migrations, conversions, and capacity planning.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with external partners to deliver against resource plans, manage vendor requirements, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret workforce and operational data. Produce accurate, insightful reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Excel & Data Tools Expertise: Leverage advanced Excel functions and relevant tools to ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and effective reporting.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor, providing updates, clear communication, and alignment with business priorities to senior leaders and regional teams.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure strong compliance with HR, governance, and vendor strategies. Drive execution of HR activities including performance management, training, and capability planning.
• Communication: Deliver clear, concise, and impactful presentations and written updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in business management, workforce planning, or operational oversight within the IT or financial services sector.
• Exceptional analytical and reporting skills with advanced Excel knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and regions.
• Experience with workforce management tools (e.g., Fieldglass, Clarity, or similar) is an advantage.
