Data Business Analyst

Job Description :

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Finance domains.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, retail operations, and business process mapping.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with finance, retail, and IT teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and performance dashboards to support strategic planning.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for system enhancements or new solutions.
• Lead cross-functional workshops and stakeholder meetings to align on business goals.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial and retail systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support digital transformation projects.
