We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure & Site Reliability (SR) Engineer to join our Infrastructure team. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of our platforms, from design and deployment to operations and optimization, ensuring reliability, scalability, and efficiency.

About The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure & Site Reliability (SR) Engineer to join our Infrastructure team. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of our platforms, from design and deployment to operations and optimization, ensuring reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage in and improve the full lifecycle of services—from inception and design through deployment, operation, and refinement.
- Design, build, and run new platforms based on engineering and business needs.
- Automate manual or error-prone workflows to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
- Support services pre-launch and maintain them post-launch.
- Scale systems sustainably with automation; evolve systems to improve reliability and velocity.
- Leverage public cloud tooling to enhance overall time-to-market.
- Promote continuous improvement, sustainable incident response, and blameless postmortems.
- Adapt to flexible working hours and manage on-call schedules as needed.
- 5–10 years of related experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or site reliability engineering.
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Strong programming and scripting skills (Python or Go preferred).
- Expertise in Linux (Ubuntu), Ansible, Terraform, PostgreSQL, AWS/OCI, Git & Git Flows, Docker, Kubernetes (production experience).
- Experience with monitoring stacks (InfluxDB / Prometheus / Elasticsearch).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline design and management.
- Familiarity with VoIP systems (FreeSwitch / Asterisk / Kamailio) is a plus.
- Understanding of cloud services including AWS Lambda, SNS, SQS, Firehose, Redshift, and Grafana dashboards.
- Network knowledge: LAN & WAN.
- Proficient in English communication.
