Job Description:

Must-Have

• Proven experience (8+ years) working as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of Java technologies, platforms, and frameworks, including Mobile and web development, responsive design, APIs, microservices, and content management systems (CMS) and Alternative channels like Chatbot etc.
• Proficiency in architecture design principles, patterns, and methodologies, with experience in designing scalable, resilient, and secure architectures.
• Hands On Experience with Detailed Microservices Design with Java / .Net. Ability to in-depth analysis and Reverse Engineering of the existing.NET / Java Services Code
• Understanding of Open API Standards, Retail Banking Features Domain Vocabulary. Experience with Designing Microservices for Banking Domain preferably retail banking.
• Experience with End-to-End Project lifecycle for Mobile and Web
• Experience in leading the team to address any Performance, VAPT issues and any other Quality issues during the project life cycle
• Familiarity with OpenShift deployment and MSFT CRM integration
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous learning in the digital space.
• Relevant certifications, such as Google Professional Cloud Architect or AWS Certified Solutions Architect, are desirable.
• Ability to Play Integrator role between teams, a team player with strong interpersonal skills. Experience of strong listening and communication skills with Customer and internal stakeholders.

• Good with Both backend and frontend estimation, code reviews. Understanding of detailed work packets involved in the development work and ability to drive the team to breakdown the activities to detail level for tracking by Project Manager
• Understanding of Quality delivery along with DEVOPS and manual code reviews
• Self-Driven and having leadership skill with alignment to the Team and Organization objectives
• Hands on experience with Desing and development tools needed to fulfil the role objectives
• Experience with building Projection Ready and highly Stable Systems, leading Go-Live Strategies, Go-Live Deployments Activities across integrated systems

Nice to Have:

• Experience with frontend technologies and any of frameworks, such as React, Angular, iOS, and Android
• Experience to drive and deliver architecture and Design
• Experience with API Gateway especially IBM API connect
