Technical Product Owner

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: 8–12 years

Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

Key Responsibilities:

Knowledge of cargo domain and experience with cargo systems

• Own and manage product backlogs across features, NFR, BAU, and technical debt.
• Act as the “voice of the customer,” driving product lifecycle from concept to operations.
• Define story content, acceptance criteria, and ensure timely PI readiness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, lead PI planning, and maintain backlog integrity.
• Ensure prioritization of technical debt and non-functional requirements.
• Define success metrics and contribute to Product Management communities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree + CSPO/SAFe/PSPO certification.
• 3+ years as Product Owner/Manager in Agile environments.
• Strong technical/domain expertise and familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
