We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer to Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI systems that enhance our real estate analytics, pricing accuracy, customer experience, and operational efficiency. This role requires deep technical leadership and strong cross-functional collaboration.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions that drive business transformation and operational efficiency.
• Lead the creation of multimodal document layout processing pipelines for intelligent data extraction and analysis.
• Build and implement AI products powered by LLMs across various business domains.
• Fine-tune pre-trained models using domain-specific datasets and apply control and modernization techniques to enhance performance.
• Develop proof-of-concept (PoC) and minimum viable products (MVPs) using ML and LLM frameworks.
• Utilize generative AI for rapid document creation and automation of content workflows.
• Work with both pre-trained and fine-tuned LLMs from platforms such as OpenAI, LLaMa, and other open-source ecosystems.
• Design and deploy multimodal chatbots, question-answering systems, and AI-powered copilots tailored to specific business processes.
• Integrate GenAI-driven recommendation engines to optimize workflows and deliver real-time insights across departments.
• Architect and implement agentic workflows using LangChain, AutoGen, and similar frameworks
• Create n8n flows and API integrations for automated content generation and reporting
• Ensure seamless integration of GenAI solutions into existing systems, with a focus on real-world applicability and business impact.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML frameworks, tools, and industry trends to continuously enhance solution capabilities.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in agentic AI architecture and LLM-based automation
• Strong coding in Python and async architectures
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, and retrieval optimization
• Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native deployments
