Role: Blockchain Lead & Developer (Custom Chain & Web3 Infrastructure)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Blockchain Lead & Developer to lead the design and deployment of scalable blockchain infrastructure for our ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with zk-rollups, optimistic rollups, or subnet architectures, and will contribute to the development of smart contracts, tokenization frameworks, MPC wallets, and on-chain stablecoin/FX settlement mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities
Custom Chain Development:
Design, configure, and deploy a dedicated blockchain network or subnet using zk-rollup, OP-rollup, or modular frameworks (e.g., zkSync, XDC Subnet, Arbitrum Orbit, Polygon CDK, Avalanche Subnets, Optimism Stack, etc.).
Manage validator, sequencer, and bridge setup for interoperability and scalability.
Smart Contract Development:
Develop, audit, and deploy Solidity/Vyper smart contracts for tokenization, trade finance assets, and ecosystem governance.
Implement and test on-chain logic for stablecoin settlement, FX conversion, and liquidity pools.
Tokenization & Asset Frameworks:
Build secure frameworks for tokenized real-world assets (RWA) including issuance, transferability, and compliance layers.
Integrate KYC/KYB and permissioned access for institutional-grade transactions.
MPC Wallet Integration:
Develop and integrate multi-party computation (MPC) custodial and non-custodial wallet solutions.
Enable automated transaction flows such as auto-investment, auto-withdrawal, and FX swaps.
Stablecoin & Cross-Border Settlement:
Implement stablecoin-based settlement rails using on-chain/off-chain bridges.
Integrate FX mechanisms for real-time currency conversion and liquidity optimization.
Security & Compliance:
Conduct audits, testing, and security hardening for smart contracts and blockchain infrastructure.
Ensure alignment with AML/KYC, compliance frameworks, and cross-border settlement standards.
Collaboration & Documentation:
Work closely with backend, AI, and frontend teams to ensure seamless DApp integration.
Maintain clear documentation and technical specifications for deployments and integrations.
Requirements
Strong proficiency in Solidity, TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or Rust.
Proven experience with zkRollup, XDC Subnet, OP Rollup, Subnet, or modular chain deployment.
Deep understanding of EVM-compatible architectures and smart contract frameworks.
Hands-on experience with MPC wallets, cross-chain bridges, and stablecoin mechanisms.
Familiarity with DeFi, RWA tokenization, and FX protocols.
Experience with blockchain tools such as Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, web3.js, ethers.js, and SDK integrations.
Strong grasp of cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and transaction validation.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred
Experience with zkSync, Polygon CDK, Arbitrum Orbit, Avalanche Subnets, or Cosmos SDK.
Background in financial technology, trade finance, or liquidity management.
Contribution to open-source blockchain projects or protocol design.
