- Deep expertise with frameworks like React (Next.js, Remix), and micro frontend tooling.
- Strong understanding of performance, security, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Experience working in distributed monorepo or federated repo setups.
- Comfortable navigating trade-offs be-tween centralized control and team autonomy.
- Lead the architecture and evolution of our micro frontend platform for our Client, enabling domain-based feature teams to deliver independently.
- Define standards for shell app coordination, shared libraries, routing, and runtime integrations.
