About The Role
Based in Singapore, the Director of Explorer will be responsible for:
- Lead and oversee Accor Plus’ Explorer subscription membership offering to ensure seamless, engaging, and high-value member experiences.
- Drive member growth and retention through effective strategy, execution, and continuous optimisation.
- Align the Explorer programme with global loyalty initiatives to support Accor Plus’ strategic objectives.
- Foster innovation in customer engagement, continuously enhancing member value and satisfaction.
- Contribute to business growth by elevating the overall membership experience.
- Shape the future direction of Accor Plus’ membership offerings through strong leadership and strategic vision.
- Embody Heartist philosophy by championing exceptional experiences for all members.
Our ideal candidate will be:
- Strategic product leader: Proven experience defining and owning product vision and roadmaps, ideally in subscription or loyalty programs, with the ability to align strategy to broader corporate goals.
- Customer‑centric innovator: Deep understanding of customer insights and travel industry trends, able to design experiences that drive engagement, loyalty, and retention.
- Digital product expertise: Strong background in leading development of digital tools, UX/UI optimization, and personalization features to enhance member journeys.
- Commercial and partnership acumen: Skilled in negotiating and managing partnerships, designing benefit structures and pricing models, and collaborating with marketing to deliver exclusive offers.
- Data‑driven operator: Comfortable with analytics, KPIs (conversion, retention, NPS), and using data to refine offerings, reduce churn, and ensure commercial success.
