Responsibilities:
- Manage and build pipelines via channels such as sourcing, screening, referrals and cold-calling for complex searches to find and engage talents of all levels.
- Conduct screening calls for suitable talent as a first stage of evaluation and assessment.
- Develop a holistic business understanding and manage stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency (e.g. supporting market research and talent mapping initiatives).
- Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate the company as a great place to work for all candidates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any discipline.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in talent acquisition/recruitment function in an in-house or agency environment for junior position and 3 years for mid-level position.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and contribute in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly with all levels of stakeholders.
