An experienced Bid Management Manager to organize and oversee the bid management operations of our company. You will ensure that our business teams adopt the general process for bid management, POS (Pre Order Screening).
The ideal candidate must be competent and able to plan many different kinds of review activities to adopt flexible management in line with company goals to manage the relevant business risks and achieve success sustainably. He/She must be an excellent leader who can discover the most efficient ways to manage the bid process.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance to the bid process by sales/presales bid team
• Liaise with other corporate functions to ensure risk assessment and mitigation is carried out
for the bids under review
• Direct and oversee operations staff to ensure that they are motivated and trained to carry out
their responsibilities to the required standard
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that core operational functions
achieve their business objectives
• Revise and/or formulate policies, training and promote their implementation
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective co-ordination of all
company activities in support of corporate objectives
• Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics in
relations to sales and presales teams.
• Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations
Requirements:
• Degree or equivalent and relevant professional qualifications
• Extensive bid operations management experience with significant IT industry experience
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Outstanding communication and people skills
• Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines
• In depth knowledge of bid management process encompassing bid strategy development, bid
management process best practices
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
