Role

• Partner with advisory, operations, and technology groups to map how information currently flows between teams and how it should evolve.

• Work with end users to shape design concepts, mockups, and prototypes for advisor-tools and client-reporting features.

• Coordinate multiple workstreams at once, balancing timelines and navigating cross-functional dependencies.

• Guide the redesign of periodic reporting cycles for private-wealth clients, including how performance, positions, and other portfolio attributes are presented.

• Support training and rollouts for new capabilities, working closely with groups who interface directly with advisors.

• Lead scope definition, milestone creation, and risk identification for assigned initiatives.

• Act as the central point of contact for external technology partners, ensuring documentation, data mapping, handoffs, and communication remain aligned.

• Assess existing internal tools and recommend how future workflows should function as platforms evolve.

Experience

• Extensive background (10+ years) in product, project, or business-analysis work connected to private-client investment services.

• Deep knowledge of how wealth-management teams generate client-level insights such as performance summaries, asset allocations, and portfolio snapshots.

• Practical understanding of financial-planning concepts, household-level strategies, and advisor engagement throughout a client lifecycle.

• Hands-on experience working with advisor desktops, CRM-linked workflows, or proprietary advisory platforms.

• Ability to query and analyse datasets paired with strong proficiency in information-visualisation or reporting tools.

• Advanced Excel and familiarity with diagramming or wireframing applications.

• Experience working within an Agile delivery structure and using modern work-tracking tools.

• Excellent communication skills with comfort presenting to senior leaders and translating requirements across disciplines.

• Exposure to private-investment products such as private equity, hedge funds, or alternative vehicles and how they are incorporated into client materials.

• Familiarity with workflow-automation or operational-tasking tools used in financial organisations.

• Prior experience contributing to proposal-generation systems or portfolio-recommendation tools.

• Awareness of emerging technologies shaping the wealth-management ecosystem.

• Understanding of simplified coding, scripting, or automation concepts.

• Graduate degree in a finance, business, or technology discipline. • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and client lifecycle in a wealth/advisory setting.

• Experience with advisor desktops/portals or CRM-platforms in advisor/client environments.

• Proficiency in SQL and data-analytics tools (Tableau, Cognos, etc.).

• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, mock-up tools.

• Experience with agile tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA.

• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.

• Exposure to private investment vehicles (private equity, hedge funds) and related reporting tools.

• Familiarity with workflow/business-process tools (Monday.com, Asana).

• Experience with proposal-generation platforms for wealth management.

• Knowledge of emerging FinTech solutions in private banking / wealth management.

• Awareness of no-code automation or light-coding frameworks.

• Master’s degree (MBA or MS) in a relevant field.
