Responsibilities:
- Own the personalization backlog, managing prioritization, grooming, and execution in alignment with company goals.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, analytics, design, marketing) to deliver and scale personalized experiences across digital channels.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories for engineering teams.
- Oversee day-to-day personalization operations including campaign setup, testing, QA, and validation.
- Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of personalization initiatives; recommend optimizations based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to define KPIs, track performance, and ensure accurate reporting across personalization tools and platforms.
- Advocate for personalization best practices and drive adoption across the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably with a focus on personalization or eCommerce.
- Experience working with personalization platforms, digital analytics tools, and content management systems.
- Strong technical foundation with the ability to collaborate closely with developers; familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent business acumen with a track record of translating customer and business needs into impactful product features.
- Strong skills in backlog management, agile methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and prioritization.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in eCommerce personalization or digital optimization.
- Certifications in personalization or analytics tools.
- Familiarity with experimentation methodologies (A/B testing, multivariate testing).
- Experience working with APIs or server-side personalization approaches.
