In this role, you will take ownership of building and refining mini-games within our Unity ecosystem, contributing directly to core business metrics through innovative gameplay and seamless user experiences. Qualifications
- 1–4 years of professional Unity development experience or a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work
- Solid understanding of game architecture and mobile platform constraints
- Proficiency in C# programming within Unity
- Experience shipping games or prototypes, either professionally or personally
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks from conception to completion
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Develop, build, and refine mobile mini-games within Triumph’s Unity environment
- Own and improve gameplay mechanics, user interface, and performance optimizations
- Integrate various systems and third-party tools to enhance game functionality
- Enhance tooling, pipelines, and workflows to streamline development processes
- Participate in rapid iteration cycles, providing high-quality output within tight deadlines
- Take projects from initial concept through to final release with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to implement features that align with business goals
