- To ensure compliance with COMPANY Incident Free culture, Health and Safety and environment policy is delivering Incident Free Shutdown.
- To manage the preparation and execution teams, for Construction activities offshore, of up to 60 Contracted Supervisors, Foremen & Multi-skilled Technician’s.
- To prepare the construction works with the Project Team.
- To plan for the resources, equipment, tools, consumables, required for the construction activities offshore.
- Maintain daily communication with onshore coordinators to ensure and report timely preparation and execution.
- To implement necessary actions to guarantee objectives are achieved.
- Provide daily reports to and via the Construction Department Construction Coordinator.
- Accountable for the safe delivery of works execution at site for E&C.
- Contribute to the development of the level 4 plans to maintain critical path.
- To deliver offshore works with zero punch items.
