Job SummaryThe HR Generalist is creating a positive and supportive employee experience. This role supports the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to development, engagement, and offboarding — ensuring that our people feel valued, supported, and connected to our culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviews.
  • Prepare offers, contracts, and onboarding documents.
  • Deliver welcoming and engaging onboarding experiences.
  • Coordinate probation reviews and performance cycles.
  • Follow up with managers on career goals and development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and company values.
  • Manage exit processes, clearances, and final settlements
  • Conduct exit interviews and share insights with management
  • Ensure smooth and respectful offboarding experiences

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in HR/People & Culture.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathy and good listening skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Understanding of HR functions and labor law
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
