Senior Software Engineer (NodeJS+React)

What project we have for you

As a Senior/Staff Software Engineer, you’ll design and build elegant, scalable systems that transform how companies manage their equity. You’ll collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to develop industry-leading automation and user experiences — in a space where many still rely on manual processes.

What you will do

• Be part of leading the development of highly robust and scalable server-side applications and services.

• Take an active part in the design and implementation of complex software requirements.

• Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure high-quality code.

• Design and maintain complex databases using Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) tools.

• Develop advanced security measures and ensure their proper implementation.

• Develop comprehensive application testing procedures.

• Use asynchronous programming to improve productivity and application performance.

• Integrate multiple data sources and databases into a single, efficient system.

• Optimize and tune code for performance, maintainability, and scalability.

• Implement and champion Agile development methodologies.

What you need for this

• 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Strong interest in the impact of equity on entrepreneurship and its real-world implications for companies
• Ability to work with complex financial data transformations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable TypeScript code for both backend and frontend
• Hands-on experience with React, Node.js, and MongoDB
• Enjoys collaborative environments and pair programming
• Committed to delivering robust, well-tested solutions for critical business operations
