Describe Skill and Experience
- Understanding of IT technologies and job roles (e.g., Developer, QA, BA, PM, Designer, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of frontend & backend tech stacks like PHP, JavaScript, Node.js, React, etc.
- Ability to screen candidates through resumes and initial conversations to judge relevance
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi — both verbal and written
- Willingness to learn about technical job descriptions and adapt quickly to changing hiring needs
- Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc., is a plus
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and an ability to manage follow-ups
