Our founders Maarten and Dimitri started Loop back with a big idea. And a chronic ringing in their ears. Since then, we’ve helped more than 3,500,000 customers around the world to find quiet, enjoy great experiences and keep unwanted noise at bay.
In 2023 we grew from almost 100 Loopers to over 250 people. And that’s a number we would have to keep updating every month, as we are planning to double the team once again, this year.
Our headquarters are based in Antwerp, but with hubs in Amsterdam, Shanghai, and New York, we’re dotted all over the globe.
Not to brag about it, but we’ve recently won the EY Scale up of the year award, the Deloitte Fast50 award (for the second year in a row) and a couple of other amazing (international) prices. The New York Times named us ‘best earplugs for concerts’ and thousands of noise-sensitive customers call us a ‘life changer’.

Senior Designer E-commerce | 5-8 yrs hands-on digital design experience | Hybrid Amsterdam/Antwerp
Are you ready to shape the future of design in a role that blends art, technology, and user engagement? As a Senior Designer at Loop, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the visuals for our e-commerce channels, creating high-conversion digital assets, while ensuring design quality and brand integrity across all touchpoints.
In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end design process for digital assets, from wireframes to final execution, ensuring every piece resonates with Loop’s core audiences. You’ll bring a data-driven mindset to design decisions, using tools like Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator to create high-performing, user-first designs. You’ll also have the chance to lead innovation in areas like automation and AI-assisted workflows, ensuring Loop remains at the cutting edge of design technology.
Your other responsibilities:
Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a balance between hands-on design and leadership. You’ll need to juggle multiple projects while keeping an eye on performance metrics to continuously refine designs for maximum conversion. Flexibility and an openness to feedback will help you thrive in Loop’s fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to align designs with overall business objectives.
- Stay up to date on design and e-commerce trends, implementing innovative strategies.
- Partner with external agencies to maintain a high level of design quality.

- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in motion graphics and 3D design.
- 5-8 years of experience in digital design, with a strong focus on e-commerce is a must.
- Proven ability to create mobile-first designs that drive conversions.
- Experience with platforms like Meta, Amazon, and AI tools like MidJourney.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills to iterate and improve designs based on feedback.
- You’re a strong communicator with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions, align them with business objectives, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to optimize outcomes.
