Job Title: XR Product Designer

Location: Remote

Remuneration: Up to £60.10 per hour

Contract Details: Temporary, 6 months

Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver design projects of large and/or ambiguous scope.
• Transform broad, conceptual ideas into valuable experiences for our 2 billion+ users.
• Design user flows and interfaces that simplify complex actions.
• Create new experiences and layouts that evolve visual systems.
• Contribute to strategic decisions shaping the future of products.
• Provide and receive feedback from designers and the product team to elevate quality.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists to oversee product user experience from conception to launch.

Desired Qualifications:

• Proficient in mapping application UX flows and creating UIs in Figma.
• Hands-on approach, with the ability to mock up 3-4 rough design variants daily.
• Experience in product thinking, going beyond executing tasks.
• Systems thinking capability, understanding the broader context of features.
• Some experience in spatial design, including game development or XR.
• Familiarity with Unity is a significant advantage.
• Innovative pathfinding outside existing design systems.
• Experience with AR/VR and understanding of interaction design.
