About The Role

A major client delivery program is underway involving the build and rollout of a new product across an existing application platform and a modern SaaS cloud environment. This is an opportunity to guide the full delivery lifecycle across two technical teams and support a market-sensitive implementation that includes production go-lives and regulatory oversight.

As the Scrum Master, you will work closely with Technology and Implementation leaders to align requirements, coordinate cross-team dependencies, and ensure the successful delivery of an integrated service. You will coach teams, uplift Agile practices, manage communication across stakeholders, and operate within a fast-moving, cloud-enabled environment. The role offers exposure to senior technical leaders, offshore stakeholders, and high-value client work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies for both Application and Cloud teams
• Guide teams in Agile principles, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Identify and remove delivery impediments early to maintain project momentum
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning
• Maintain transparent reporting using Jira and Confluence
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to internal and client stakeholders
• Coordinate work across developers, testers, BAs, architects, and product owners
• Ensure alignment between application development and cloud platform delivery
• Manage risks, compliance considerations, and production-readiness requirements
• Support effective vendor and offshore collaboration, including one weekly evening meeting
• Contribute to the uplift of Agile maturity and delivery capability
  
  

Skills, Experience, And Attributes

• 3-5 years’ experience as a Scrum Master delivering application and cloud or SaaS solutions
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and the software development lifecycle
• Demonstrated experience working with multidisciplinary technical teams
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting practices
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments
• Desirable. PSM or CSM certification, financial services or regulated environment experience, and exposure to large-scale integration or transformation programs
• Having previous experience with a wealth / platform / fund administration software company is highly desirable.
