This represents the opportunity to join a well established Melbourne commercial-industrial builder and progress your career. The company is expanding with new projects across various project types. They are looking to add an experienced Project Coordinator with the view to progression with the business.
In this role you will become part of a team on a $50 Million multi story project where your responsibilities will be varied across Contract Administration duties to also include wider Project Coordination on a challenging project. You will work closely with a Project and Site Manager, as well as the wider site team to ensure and oversee progress on this carefully selected project.
To suit this role it is expected you have graduated from a building/construction degree and have gained at least 3-4 years experience working with a commercial-industrial builder in Melbourne as either a Coordinator or a Contract Administrator, ideally on similar type projects. This role will suit someone looking to transition after suitable training and performance to Project Management. To fit within the current team you will need to be motivated, keen to learn and be a results oriented person looking to develop your career. Remuneration will be based on experience but could be in the region of $120k - $150k.
