Asegurarse el correcto movimiento de carga e información a tiempo mientras brindan un servicio al cliente excepcional dentro del departamento de distribución.
Responsabilidades y tareas a realizar
- Procesar e ingresar diariamente todas las órdenes de clientes y cuentas de distribución.
- Generar informes operativos diarios precisos y oportunos.
- Elaborar toda la documentación relacionada y la información necesaria para las órdenes de trabajo de los clientes, verificando solicitudes especiales y registrando inventarios.
- Realizar la entrada de datos de manera precisa y oportuna para recepción, asignación de órdenes, envío y gestión de inventarios
- Actuar como enlace entre el almacén y el cliente en la administración de cuentas, así como entre la oficina y el cliente en temas de facturación y crédito.
Calificaciones:
- Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas (MS Excel, MS Word).
- Inglés (nivel intermedio)
- Excelentes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo, además de una actitud profesional
- Actitud positiva y disposición para ayudar
- Habilidades interpersonales efectivas, incluyendo la capacidad comprobada para escuchar, comprender, comunicarse de manera clara y concisa, y obtener resultados positivos
