We are seeking experienced engineers to help build scalable systems that support next-generation AI applications. Work involves real-world software design — including database architecture, environment configuration, API development, and integration with AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable service layers and APIs for AI-driven workloads
• Design and implement structured database schemas
• Develop and test backend systems and integrations
• Troubleshoot performance and reliability issues
• Collaborate asynchronously with the technical team

Required Experience (Skills-Based, Not Pedigree-Based)

• Proficiency in backend engineering and API development
• Strong SQL and data-modeling capability
• Experience leading technical projects or features
• Familiarity with coding agents as part of engineering workflow
• Excellent problem-solving and technical communication skills

Contract Details

• Remote, hourly contract at $85/hour USD
• Work authorization required in the applicant’s country of residence
• Task load projected as a 24-hour project window within the next 1–2 weeks
• Weekly payments via Stripe Connect
• Expected earnings based on hours completed; no guaranteed minimum or maximum task volume
