Experience Required
- 8+ years of relevant development experience
- Strong mindset as a Software Craftsman — writing clean, maintainable, and high-quality code
- Deep understanding of Core JavaScript and modern development standards
- Proven hands-on experience with React, including reusable components, hooks, and state management
- Strong understanding of clean code, refactoring, design patterns, and SOLID principles
- Practical experience with TDD using Jest and React Testing Library
- Experience with Git and version control best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in Agile/Scrum squads
- Experience integrating APIs and working with external data sources
- Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with DevOps mindset: building, deploying, monitoring, and maintaining applications
- Strong communication skills, willingness to pair-program, and active knowledge sharing
- Open mindset, adaptability, and ability to challenge requirements when needed
- Education: Bachelor/Master or equivalent experience
- Nice to have: Java, Spring Framework, Maven, databases
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business and functional requirements into high-quality, production-ready code
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and scalable web applications
- Develop primarily on the front-end with React (main focus of the role)
- Contribute to back-end development using Java & Spring when needed
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary Agile squads (developers, analysts, testers, architects)
- Integrate applications with APIs and external data sources
- Ensure best-in-class application quality, performance, and responsiveness
- Apply development best practices including clean code, TDD, refactoring, and SOLID
- Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and implement robust fixes
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement of team workflows and engineering standards
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, knowledge-sharing sessions, and Agile ceremonies
- Take ownership of both Dev and Ops tasks to support E2E feature delivery
- Support the squad in delivering features across mobile, web, and backend systems
