He/she ensures a global understanding of the methodology, maximizes the squad’s results, removes impediments, and protects the team from internal/external distractions. He/she guarantees the proper use of Agile practices, coaches the squad, assists the Product Owner, and takes delivery ownership on features when required.

Contexte de la mission
The Scrum Master is the key reference for projects following an agile framework. He/she ensures a global understanding of the methodology, maximizes the squad’s results, removes impediments, and protects the team from internal/external distractions. He/she guarantees the proper use of Agile practices, coaches the squad, assists the Product Owner, and takes delivery ownership on features when required.
Objectifs et livrables
Goals & Deliverables
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Daily, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective.
- Ensure a smooth use of the Scrum methodology and coach the squad on self-organization. Support the Product Owner in managing the Product Backlog & Definition of Done.
- Track capacity/velocity and manage risks & issues.
- Take delivery ownership of features under the squad’s lead and manage dependencies.
- Act as an ambassador of Agile methods within the tribe.
- Provide reporting on methodology deployment and team progression.
