About the Role:
You’ll be the bridge between our clients and their users. From running AMAs and activations to managing sentiment and moderators, you’ll keep communities informed, energized, and growing.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and manage communities across Discord, Telegram, and X for multiple Web3 clients.
- Plan and execute engagement campaigns, quests, and ambassador programs.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to turn feedback into action.
- Track metrics like retention, sentiment, and participation; share clear reports.
You Bring:
- 3–5 years in community or social media roles, ideally in crypto, gaming, or fintech.
- Native‑level written English; other EU languages are a plus.
- Deep familiarity with Web3 platforms, memes, and cultural trends.
