Senior Product Manager
A leading global company in ophthalmology is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to independently drive and grow an innovative Rx product in the Swiss market. In this role, you will shape marketing strategy, oversee product performance, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure successful launches and campaigns. Regular travel to Switzerland is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership and further development of an Rx product for the Swiss market
- Planning and executing marketing initiatives across the full marketing mix
- Developing creative strategies, monitoring sales/costs, and defining corrective actions
- Conducting market and competitor analyses
- Close collaboration with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access and BI teams
- Training internal/external sales teams
- Supporting medical events, congresses, and KOL collaboration
- Managing budgets and external agencies
Profile
- Degree in natural sciences or economics
- 4–5 years’ pharmaceutical marketing experience, incl. Rx and Swiss market exposure
- Completed pharmaceutical representative qualification
- Ability to translate scientific content into practical communication
- Strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills
- High level of initiative, creativity, organisation and teamwork
- Fluent German (C1/C2), very good English, plus good French
