Software Engineer C# – Production Support (New Team Build)

Dublin (Onsite) | €75,000 – €85,000 | Permanent

We’re hiring two Software Engineers to join a brand new Production Support team being built from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity to step into live production environments, work closely with engineering teams, and grow into a technical leader as the team expands.

As one of the first hires, you’ll have meaningful impact from day one — shaping how support is run, building new processes, and developing long-term stability and performance for business-critical systems. You’ll work directly alongside Developers, QA and DevOps, gaining real exposure to application behaviour post-release and understanding how systems operate at scale.

This role is hands-on, suited to someone who enjoys getting into code, solving problems fast, and keeping things running smoothly. You’ll monitor workflows, investigate and debug failures, fix bugs in production code, and help improve reliability across the platform. Full training and support will be provided as the team is established.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Software engineering within a live production support environment
• Monitoring applications, responding to incidents and maintaining SLAs
• Managing workflows, job schedules & real-time stability
• Debugging failures and fixing code issues directly in production
• Ownership of post-go-live performance and reliability
• Driving automation, optimisation and proactive issue prevention
• Working with performance metrics, KPIs & continuous improvement initiatives

What You Need

• 1+ year hands-on coding experience with C# / .NET
• Experience with or exposure to Azure & DevOps pipelines
• Strong troubleshooting ability across code, data & messaging systems
• Confident communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally
• Ability to work onsite in Dublin 5 days per week

Salary: €75,000 – €85,000 DOE
