Position Overview:

• Drive high-performing agile teams through iterative delivery cycles, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles while maximizing team velocity and product quality.
• Lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced, collaborative environments focused on continuous improvement and customer value delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sprint Leadership: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) ensuring timely, focused, and productive sessions.
• Team Enablement: Remove impediments, coach team members on agile practices, and foster self-organizing, high-velocity teams.
• Stakeholder Management: Bridge communication between product owners, development teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Process Optimization: Continuously refine team processes, implement best practices, and drive adoption of agile tools and methodologies.
• Metrics & Reporting: Track sprint metrics, burndown charts, velocity trends, and team performance indicators to drive data-driven improvements.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and address project risks, dependencies, and blockers before they impact delivery timelines

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years Scrum Master/Agile Lead experience with proven track record of successful sprint delivery.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification.
• Deep expertise in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.
• Experience with software development lifecycle and technical project management
• Key Success Metrics: Sprint completion rates >90%, team velocity improvement, reduced cycle time, high team satisfaction scores, and consistent delivery of customer value.

Pay Range: $65/hr - $70/hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
