What you will do

For the growing of the Milan Design Experience team within Haier Europe, we are looking for an enthusiast and motivated Interaction Experience Designer.

As part of the interaction design team, you will be involved in the following activities:

• Support the design team in creating intuitive, consistent, and user-centered interfaces;
• Contribute to defining and optimizing user flows to improve the overall experience of digital products;
• Collaborate in designing wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using design tools;
• Assist in developing and maintaining design systems, ensuring visual and functional consistency across all touchpoints.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between design and product goals.
• Contribute to the ideation of new creative solutions, proposing concepts and design alternatives based on UX/UI principles.

Requirements

• Student in Interaction Design or a related design discipline and specific skills for the design development of the behavior of interactive products;
• Good knowledge of FIGMA and Adobe Suite;
• Fluent in English and Italian;

We offer an initial 6 months paid internship 800 euro, company computer, free company canteen, smart working
